The Sales Administrator ensures best-in-class product and process satisfaction for customers and the authorized dealer network for the Benelli USA's family of brands.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be part of our national independent channel team working directly with sales, dealers, reps, consumers, and internal departments to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You'll get to:
Answers incoming call volume from dealers and consumers Process dealer orders via, phone, fax, or weblink entry Maintain dealer files.
Coordinate with field sales force to establish new and maintain existing accounts.
Communicates with Repair department for timely completion of customer repairs.
Offers technical information to consumer base.
Participates in trade shows and dealer visits which involves some travel.
Perform specific and delegated duties as assigned by management.
Maintain master files as needed.
Assist with projects as assigned by management.
Performance Measurements:
Volume of ACD calls Timeliness of order processing and approval Quality of all incoming calls Accuracy of territory maintenance and month end reporting Who you are:
You are an outgoing, detail-oriented person who is capable of empathy while providing best-in-class customer service at all levels.
You also have:
Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Multitasking skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency to include Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Understanding of sales through distribution.
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
Knowledge of JDE preferred.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2-4 years of related experience.

Required to rely on and creativity when latitude is required.
Self-reliant decision making.
Travel to trade shows and dealers as needed.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
