As the Line Run Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our line runs.
You will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, ensuring on-time departures, maintaining vehicle maintenance schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Ensure all line runs depart on schedule and arrive at their destinations safely.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for drivers and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of line run activities, including driver logs, incident reports, and maintenance records.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and optimize overall operational performance.

Knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety protocols.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance schedules and procedures.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for recordkeeping and scheduling.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
